I stumbled upon this blog this morning and couldn’t stop reading it. Documented through the eyes of a husband and father, Daniel tells the story of his family’s courageous and heart-wrenching fight against cancer. His wife, Leanne, mom to 2 1/2 year old Lydia and wife to Daniel, was diagnosed with cancer just over six weeks ago.
Daniel heard the news when he was on a trip, this is the powerful letter to his daughter Lydia, written on the plane to his family.

thank you for coming to our site.
leanne was also 20 weeks pregnant at the time of her diagnosis, so it’s been a rough six weeks for us.
the blog has been helpful to me, of course, in writing it…but we’ve also received many comments from those in the cancer community - which is basically everyone.
