See, I love this idea. Love it. I bought a lovely book and then made 32 pages the very same night. I waited a week for my book to get here, checking the mailbox compulsively, and I finally get it, I rip the box open- and it's the wrong book. Not only is it the wrong book, but it's a pattern they don't even offer on their website, and lo and behold, I see that the book I had ORDERED, the book that my receipt says I PAID FOR is "Out of Stock". I called and emailed and no response. I realize that I may seem unreasonable but this is the only baby book I am ever going to make (I cannot have any more children) and I paid sixty bucks for this one. I generally am not the type to make a fuss, but when I shell out that kind of money for something and rave to all my friends about how cool it is, and then something like this happens? Unacceptable. I've worked high-end retail and I know how obnoxious it is to have customer's up your butt, but there's a reason I didn't buy my baby book at Target.

I have one of these books and it is fine until you need a little help from customer service. I simply need to change my username and password on their site, and have sent numerous emails to their customer service but they NEVER respond. So, something that is supposed to make my life easier has become a big pain. I have even taken the time to call and leave messages at their office and still no reply. I know this is a Mom & Pop operation, but they have to get it together with the customer service because it is really lousy

Isn't that the truth? I like using an SLR camera and always get a CD when I get the film developed because I use the pics so many ways online. And I use my online calendar to jot down milestones or funny things the boys do / say. Last night we were reading a 'First Picture Dictionary' and on the 'Clothes' page Henry after hearing a certain word Henry said, 'Sometimes I wear panties.'

Ugh, I have more than *two years' worth* of pictures and e-mailed memories to organize. Isn't it funny how our laptops are the new repository for baby memories?
