Part II of III: Pantry Professional
Last week we introduced the Pantry Primer which is what I consider to be the basic, but essential pantry ingredients that are great for all kitchens whatever your cooking ability. This week we take it up a notch with the Pantry Professional - for the person who LOVES to cook. This list builds on the Pantry Primer list and includes such fun flavors and items as curry paste, pork tenderloin and Romano and Asiago cheese. Mmmm.
